• Proficient in R and Python programming, with a strong foundation in utilizing high-performance computing clusters (HPC) for using scverse tools and seurat.
• Utilized Snakemake to provide a Single cell workflow in order to automate the entire process of demultiplexing for fastq file generation and alignment using cellranger, which then gets processed by scanpy.
• Experienced in analyzing data from MERFISH (spatial transcriptomics) technologies such as Xenium and Cosmx machines and next-generation sequencing workflows (Single cell analysis) and Bulk RNA-seq.
